Processing Time

All orders are made especially for you after your purchase.

Production time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product and current order volume.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: Delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or high order volume.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

This is completely normal, and you will receive tracking information as each package ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Outfit Therapy Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
