About Us

Therapy is expensive…

…so we made clothes instead.

Welcome to OutFit Therapy Boutique, where oversized sweatshirts, iced coffee, sarcasm, and questionable life choices all come together.

If you’ve ever hidden in the pantry for five minutes of peace…

If your emotional support system consists of caffeine, comfy clothes, and dark humor…

If you’ve ever answered “I’m fine” while absolutely not being fine…

Congratulations.

You’ve found your people.

We believe clothes should do more than look cute.

They should make you laugh.

Start conversations.

Feel like a hug after a long day.

And remind you that none of us actually have it all together—and that’s perfectly okay.

Every design is inspired by real life:

  •  Coffee before conversation
  •  Millennial humor
  •  Overstimulated mom life
  •  True crime obsessions
  •  A healthy dose of sarcasm
  •  Emotional support sweatshirts

Our collections aren’t just clothing.

They’re inside jokes you can wear.

So grab your emotional support hoodie, pour yourself another iced coffee, and stay awhile.

We’re really glad you’re here.

Welcome to therapy.

A Little About Me

Hey! I’m the face behind OutFit Therapy Boutique, and honestly… this brand started because I was tired of feeling like every boutique looked the same.

I’m a millennial mom who runs on caffeine, sarcasm, and a questionable amount of true crime documentaries. I wanted to create something that felt like texting your best friend instead of shopping another generic online store.

If you’ve ever laughed through the chaos, worn your favorite hoodie three days in a row, or thought, “There’s no way I’m the only one who feels like this,”—you’re exactly who I created this brand for.

Thanks for supporting my small business. Every order means more than you know, and I can’t wait to keep creating designs that make you laugh, nod your head, and say, “Yep… that’s me.”

Welcome to the OutFit Therapy family.
